Started in 2000, Quantum Hotels & Resorts began with regional brokerage services for the sale of hotel and serviced apartment assets. The company also specialized in restructure programs for hospitality operations. Quantum is currently registered in Hong Kong under Anglo-American ownership with subsidiary operations in the Philippines.
Our regionally focused growth of management services is based upon a platform of market driven sales, marketing and reservations systems coupled with a strong team of experienced professionals in Serviced Apartments, Suites and Residences from throughout the region. Quantum now has four city centered serviced apartment properties under management in the Philippines and has a development plan for regional expansion from its Hong Kong base.
Quantum's focused goal is to drive revenues to managed properties via our active regional sales, marketing networks, public relations, and real time reservations systems to ensure bottom line profitability to all managed projects.
